Did you know that according to Chinese Medicine, the entire body is mapped out on the ear? Picture an upside down fetus, and you can maybe start to see how an earlobe correlates to the head and face. Then imagine how the remaining body is represented by the rest of the ear. Consequently, very small needles in very exact places can be placed on the ear to address any issues in our body! Healing sounds use vibrations to penetrate the entire body, and given that we are mostly made up of water, they are quite effective at doing so! All cells and tissues hold their own vibration and when parts of the body aren’t vibrating at optimal resonance stagnation can occur and create blockages. Both sound and acupuncture help clear stagnation to allow the body to flow freely and vibrate at its potential. They also help shift the body into a parasympathetic state, reducing stress, and inducing relaxation. Together acupuncture and sound are an intoxicating, holistic formula for bliss and balance.
